Hogan Pays A Visit To Md. House Speaker Busch To Talk About Working Together

Maryland Gov.-elect Larry Hogan (R) spent about an hour at the State House in Annapolis on Thursday, meeting with House Speaker Michael E. Busch (D-Anne Arundel) for the first time since last week’s election.

Busch told reporters that the private session touched on several issues, including the state budget and health care, but was mostly about building a positive working relationship.

“We understand there will be some philosophical differences, but as long as we can keep the lines of communication open, hopefully we can find common ground,” Busch said.

Michael Busch refused to work with Erhlich but I understand he grew up Hogan in Anne Arundel county so maybe, just maybe, he will work with him for the good of all Marylanders.

"hopefully we can find common ground,” Busch said. Let me translate that for you: as long as Hogan compromises his values and principles there won't be any problems.

Hogan can forget that. There has NEVER been in the service of the Legislature a more underhanded and devious pair of bastards than the two Mikes and their whore Jim Mathias. I hope Hogan doesn't get taken in by ANY promises made by either one of the three because it will prove to be his undoing.
Regardless of what either of them say, they're ALL SORE that Brown was trounced by him. They'll attempt to derail anything good for the state and/or they electorate. Bob Aswell
