A Baltimore City Police officer is charged with second-degree assault, perjury and misconduct in office for beating a man back in June
That beating was caught on a City Watch camera.
Officer Vincent Cosom was seen punching the man several times outside of a liquor store at Greenmount and North Avenues.

The only reason there are charges is because it was caught on camera.
Just this week, the Baltimore City police chief was on the record opposed to using body cameras.
I wonder why?
Punk got what he deserved.
I'm sure the "officer"will be found "justified" in the "internal investigation" regarding this matter.
It always does.
I say shoot him.
Paid vacation. I mean placed on paid suspension.
