Suspect: Dawn Elizabeth Miller, 47, Snow Hill, MD
Narrative: On 5 September 2014 at 2:00 PM a deputy arrested Dawn Miller on an outstanding Circuit Court Bench Warrant that was issued after she failed to appear for a violation of probation hearing in a CDS Possession with the Intent to Distribute case.
Upon arrest, Miller was detained without bond pending an appearance in front of a Circuit Court Judge.

Suspect: Jennifer Lynn Foskey, 32, Selbyville, DE
Narrative: On 5 September 2014 a deputy extradited Jennifer Foskey from a Delaware Department of Corrections facility in New Castle County, DE back to Wicomico County where she was wanted on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued back in July after Foskey violated the terms of her probation in a CDS Possession case.
Following an initial appearance in front of a District Court Commissioner, Foskey was detained on a bond of $50,000.00.

Suspect: David Curtis Andrews, 51,Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 6 September 2014 a deputy from the Wicomico Sheriff’s Office took David Andrews into custody and transported him to the Wicomico Detention Center. Andrews was being sought on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant that was issued after he violated his probation in a Possession of Child Pornography case.
Andrews was detained without bond pending an appearance in front of a Circuit Court Judge.

Incident: Disorderly Conduct
Date of Incident: 6 September 2014
Location: 100 block of Roseberry Avenue, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Leland S. Brown, 27,Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 6 September 2014 at 7:12 PM a deputy responded to a residence in the 100 block of Roseberry Avenue in Salisbury for a report of a disorderly subject. Upon arrival, the deputy identified Leland Brown as the party acting disorderly. Brown stated he would leave and go to another family member’s residence, but he twice came back which required the complainant to contact the Sheriff’s Office again.
The deputy observed that Brown would not cease his disorderly behavior and it began to escalate to the point it was causing what appeared to be a disturbance in the neighborhood.
The deputy placed Brown under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Brown in the Detention Center in lieu of $7,500.00 bond.

Suspect: Franklin James Donoway, 35,Salisbury, MD
Narrative: Franklin James Donoway was taken into custody on 7 September 2014 on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Donoway failed to appear for a Criminal Contempt hearing.
Upon arrest Donoway was transported to the Detention Center where he was held on a bond of $500.00
