Comcast Tells Customer The Only Reason He’s Getting Bogus Charges Refunded Is Because He Recorded Call

Comcast is lying because if the problem is on THEIR end, they CAN NOT charge you.

I would really love to get rid of them. They have upped my cable so much over the past year, I had to drop everything to just basic cable and get rid of all my cable boxes but just one to keep my cable bill under 80 for just basic cable and internet. As a company they really suck. Salisbury really needs more choice. Customer service sounds like they are from India! Bet they don't even offer support within the U.S. This is what happens when you have a monopoly and the Government won't enforce antitrust laws that were enacted back in the 1920's.

So long as there's no competition, Comcast's rates will forever increase. Add in FiOS or a 2nd cable provider, and your rates will drop by 30% overnight. Increases over time will shrink, too.
