How does one vote for, "classified"??? And most of it is. I guess we can't be trusted to know or what is being hidden and why? Transparency???? It can't even be read to find out what is in it. No one should vote for this mess.

It I the ground work for preparing local Leo's to learn military tactics to fight against American citizens. Seems to me the conspiracy nuts may be onto something.
