This guy was at a local restaurant with a lady app the same age (Thursday I believe).I was wondering why he acted so paranoid.No need passing along a 2 day old sighting.
Pictures not showing the tons of tattoos he has. All over chest and arms. Bimbo (Katie ruark) he's hanging with or was hanging with has a big old nasty tattoo on her right arm as well. He can shave and let his hair grow out but he can't hide the mess he's made of his body with the tattoos and if he tries to cover them with clothing he will stand out because no one is wearing long sleeves this time of year.
Kenneth Larkin does have multiple tattoos and there are pictures of his tattoos on Facebook. He is also a known member of DMI.
