Seaford Man Charged In Bomb Threat At Del Tech

A 40-year-old Seaford man faces charges after police say he called in a bomb threat June 24 at Delaware Technical Community College causing the evacuation of the campus.

The campus was evacuated at 2:51 p.m. after David C. Detwiler called the school to report a bomb, said Lt. Lawrence Grose of the Georgetown Police Department.

Bomb-sniffing dogs were used to check the campus, and they alerted several times on a trash can, although nothing was found, Grose said.

If his appearance has anything to do with it this guy needs a psychological eval.

What was just admitted? The dogs hit a trash can over and over and nothing was there. This just proves that dogs aren't always reliable for searches.
