i bet those numbers reflect the building being constructed for artists on fritzwater. mosts of the units built lately are grant funded subsidies. that means salisbury is attracting low income families. even people with money aren't buying their 2nd and 3rd home, not here anyway

Low income housing and rental housing mean what? HIGH CRIME RATES! Then Jim Ireton will be fudging numbers and saying that crime is down. That's right Matt and Jim telling people to commit the crimes because we won't be charging you for the crime anyway.

At least one is a Habitat house... more low income housing, volunteer work = no jobs.

Statewide, that's a pathetic number, but worse than that is the number of foreclosures and folks losing everything and having to go back to renting actual foreclosed houses.

Really pathetic. But at least as renters, they are now more mobile to go to where the food is!

One might as well say there was no building at all in Wicomico.

To 5:23 Poster - You are saying the word 'Pathetic' as a lightly describing term.

I would classify it as as none other than CATASTROPHIC. These numbers are absolutely abysmal!!!
