Somerset County Sheriff's Office Press Release 5-27-14

Desmond Rashad Roberts of Salisbury, arrested 5-15-14 for possession of suspected marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, underage possession of alcohol, and driving on a suspended driver’s license. Roberts was released on signature pending court actions. The arrest was the result of an investigation of vehicle in the area of the River Market, Pocomoke. Deputies recovered suspected marijuana, beer, and liquor in the vehicle.

Robert David Hooks of Salisbury, arrested 5-19-14 on a warrant for violation of probation. Hooks was held without bond.

Edward William Gillespie of Crisfield, criminal summons served 5-20-14 two counts of harassment. Gellespie was released on signature pending court actions.

Jeffrey Lamore Jones Sr. of Salisbury, arrested 5-23-14 on a warrant for violation of probation. Jones was held without bond.

Juvenile arrested for disturbing school functions at the Somerset Intermediate School on 5-22-14. Deputies responded to the school for a disorderly male juvenile student. The juvenile was charged with disturbing school functions and later released to parents pending juvenile court actions.

Juvenile arrested at Washington High School for disturbing school functions on 5-22-14. Deputies responded to the school for a disturbance at the school. The male juvenile was charged with disturbing school functions and later released to parents pending juvenile court actions.

Darian Lamont Collins of Salisbury, arrested 5-23-14 on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Collins was held on a $500.00 bond.
