As the caregiver of my handicapped Mom, I love this note, but on the other hand, I have parked in the handicapped spot without my placard. But NEVER without my Mom. Its just wrong and rude.
I use a can of spray cooking oil, PAM, to help with these rude people. You spray a light coating on the windshield, when they turn on the wipers is spears, making a terrible mess. It has to be whipped off with Windex and paper towels, spray won't work. I add a note also as too they must be "Mentally" Handicapped in not being able to read a sign!

You are mentally handicapped as well. Now these people will drive and not be able to see through their windshield. Maybe you will be the one run over.
