DE "SPCA" HAS Neglected Horses NeedIing Homes!

The Delaware SPCA rescued five horses that were abandoned and left for dead. Filthy, extremelyunderweight and in need of medical care, the animals were seized by our Humane Law Enforcement division.

Today, all of the horses are safe and healthy, and two have been adopted. We are seeking homes for the remaining three horses - Dream, Czar andDallas - where they can live in peace and happiness. Please click here to learn more about them.  Help us spread the word!
