The attorney general, comptroller and treasurer each earn $125,000 annually. The secretary of state makes $87,500 annually.
Under the bill, which Senate members approved 36-10, the attorney general, comptroller and treasurer would earn $149,500 in 2018, and the secretary of state would earn $109,500.

So the corrupt party officials (Democrat/communist) voted themselves a 20% increase from our money when while thinking of new and inventive ways of further taxing, regulating and harassing the (tax paying) peasants. How is the MD state government different than the communist politburo?

2%!? Some people I know haven't had a raise in YEARS! These are the very same people that say raising the minimum wage (its EASY to live on $8) will kill businesses in Maryland.

It EASY to spend OUR money...they just find something else to tax and you know, when it gets down to taxing the damn RAIN, things are out of control.

What else can a tax payer do? Politicians lie. They cheat. They say one thing and do something else every time. Every one of these corrupt, greedy, war monger, hating and got their own agenda politicians have taken advantage of the hard working poor, the hard working middle class, the elders and children. What else can a tax payer do? Parents work like slaves everyday to put food on their table for the family. The politicians find ways to take that away. Kids go to college on grants and loans. The politicians make them work like slaves to pay off the loans. People today have affordable health insurance. But, the politicians make sure the premiums are high on a monthly basis. Politicians just keep getting richer. The average hard working class keep getting poorer. You know what Joe, I quit my job. I'm going to live. I'm gonna to take my 40 years saving account money and live. I'm tired of the government, anchor baby mommas, welfare queens, crack head got to get in rehabs, and politicians taking my tax earn money. If I don't have a wage or salary, I can't pay taxes. Hell. I'm tired.
