Here it comes, folks! RAIN TAX IS FIRST ON THE LIST! Will you be there? They are offering no product, have no plan, no agenda to comp[y with EPA standards, and signing up Salisbury up for EPA fines in two years if the goals are not met!
How many years have they tried planning Downtown Revitalization????

How will we be able to fix our WWTP when we are paying fines to the EPA?
There are many places in the budget to do 10% less per year and fund stormwater repairs/ upgrades.
Did you know the whole parking meter / ramp/ booths system COSTS the City to run each year? The very system in place to keep people from shopping Downtown actually runs at A LOSS!
Will you be there and lend a voice? The city website has the budget right on it.
Provide cable competition and pull the plug on the monopoly!!
