You Better Not Ban My Pit Bull

Video says private. I'm assuming this is a plea to not regulate the breed. I would think with nearly 1 million pit bulls euthanized a year in US shelter anyone who truly loves the breed would want some restrictions in place including mandatory spay/neuter for all pit bulls until the problem is under control. The problem is too big now to be adopted it's way out of. Go to any shelter or even pet adoption websites. Almost all shelters are 80%+ pit bulls,/pit breeds.

Sorta like the class mentality of those breeding on welfare. See the connection?

So we are recommending "spay/neuter" if they are welfare? Sounds like something worth looking at. If they can't provide for themselves, how can they provide for a baby? I assume you would be in favor of a reversible procedure, in case the individual gets back on their feet. If people ask assistance from society, is it wrong for society to ask for some control over their behavior? Workfare, birth control for both men and women, all something that needs to be looked at. The human rights crowd will be howling that the individual has the inalienable right to unlimited free choice, and the rest of society must keep handling over the cash...the cost of freedom. In spite of were you stand on this, it may be the time to at least have the discussion. This level of social engineering, may be too extreme, it may be the start of a very bad slippery slope, but let's have the discussion. We are a society of limited resources, and something needs to change.

8:19 no actually that was not my point at all.

They breed pit bulls like they breed their children. They abandon pit bulls like they abandon their children.

Nothing is of value to them.

9:26 well no, its ok, blogging and mind reading don't always work out well, but I did like your suggested solution!

8:36 Your comment is blatantly racist. I also assume you meant to say "like they breed children" not "like they breed their children". Elsewise your comment is that much more disturbing and inane. The issue is not breeding regulation, which should be fully supported. It is the banning of ownership at all, which is based mainly on ignorance of the subject, as shown.

3:09, why is his comment Racist, because he speaks the truth! This is what causes the cry of a "Raciest" when someone speaks the truth and points out the truth, the truth hurts, but it is the truth!
