Justice Antonin Scalia Says World War II-Style Internment Camps Could Happen Again

Justice Antonin Scalia predicts that the Supreme Court will eventually authorize another a wartime abuse of civil rights such as the internment camps for Japanese-Americans during World War II.

"You are kidding yourself if you think the same thing will not happen again," Scalia told the University of Hawaii law school while discussingKorematsu v. United States, the ruling in which the court gave its imprimatur to the internment camps.

The local Associated Press report quotes Scalia as using a Latin phrase that means "in times of war, the laws fall silent," to explain why the court erred in that decision and will do so again.

"That's what was going on — the panic about the war and the invasion of the Pacific and whatnot," Scalia said. "That's what happens. It was wrong, but I would not be surprised to see it happen again, in time of war. It's no justification but it is the reality."

I believe he knows something we don't...

What does it say about our process when a Supreme Court Judge admits to a past mistake and then tells us he would knowingly repeat that mistake? I cant express how I feel having read this other than anger and disbelief. Wow.

This is just another wake up call to the Sheep. Now you may ask yourself where will they put all these people, well lucky for you we have the answer. FEMA camps, yes you to could look it up for yourself.

I have done just that 7:30. The FEMA camps in 48 states and the government buying 2 billion hollow point rounds of ammunition and giving them to every government agency even including the social security administration does make you think perhaps they are preparing/prepared for internment of a significant portion of the population (that aren't shot).

Scalia, A Supreme Court Justice, has now told "we, the people" that we CAN and WILL be put in "camps" when the time is right and he doesn't really see how it can be stopped. Admits it's wrong and against the law, but, hey, whaddaya gonna do? He also says you're "are kidding yourself if you think the same thing will not happen again." Notice -- "will happen", from a man whose occupation is the parsing of words....
Which, coming from such a connected and smart guy, sorta negates the "tin-foil hat" accusations leveled against those who say similiar things.
They, our "leaders" ARE preparing for SOMETHING and they aren't acting like they plan on asking our permission for anything.
Scalia is probably catching HELL right now for saying too much...
