I am not sure if this is the same person, but for a couple of weeks there were these 2 guys, one with a rake, knocking on doors in neighborhoods off E Church St.
He went to my elderly neighbors house twice asking to rake her leaves, and she told him no, to please go away.
I told her to stop answering the door when he came by, that this was nothing but trouble.
He was in the age range stated in this bulletin.
What's sad, is that you momentarily would like to think, at least the person is offering to do an honest days work to make some money.
Then you see reality.

What is funny...everyone lets them in the house...DUH said...

Yes, 1:46 is correct b/c I have seen them in Nentego Woods in Fruitland, and TONY TANK area as well...
