i would bet my entire 401k, that WINKS gets an IRS audit before christmas.
but GOOD for him. Maybe John roberts will take a stand, by the time it reaches his desk, because that is where it is going - again.
Bring it on. Now we need a national "STAND YOUR GROUND" federal law.
Fighting the government (as it has become today) is a lot like trying to swim up stream in a raging current. Best of luck to them.
