Felton Man Charged With Sixth Offense DUI After Crash

Location: Turkey Point Road south of Peach Basket Road, Felton, DE

Date of Occurrence: Saturday, July 6, 2013 at 7:40 p.m.

Vehicle and Occupant:
Operator: Vincent Y. Ware Jr., 51, of Felton, DE (not properly restrained, treated for minor injuries at Kent General Hospital and released)
Vehicle: 2001 Ford F150

Resume:
Felton- A Felton man was charged with sixth offense DUI after crashing his truck yesterday evening.

The incident occurred at 7:40 p.m. as Vincent Y. Ware Jr., 51, drove his 2001 Ford F150 north on Turkey Point Road. The vehicle left the right side of the roadway, returned to the roadway, and then traveled off of the left side of the roadway. The Ford then struck the side of a ditch, ejecting Ware, who was not properly restrained.

Ware was transported by ambulance to Kent General Hospital, where he was treated for minor injuries and released. He was then transported to Troop 3, where he was charged with sixth offense DUI, failing to have insurance identification in possession, careless driving, and failing to wear a seatbelt. Ware was committed to the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on $10,003 cash bail.

What makes me more mad is he is smiling. This was taken after his arrest. He isn't going to stop. Should be life in prison after number 3.

This piece of human garbage should have both hands and both feet amputated so he can never drive again along with his tongue cut out so we won't hear his whining. He has no honor, respect or code and he is a burden and threat to the community. Get rid of him by any means up to, and including, life in prison. He has earned the right to rot in Hell.
