Appeals Court Ruling Means Convicted Murderers Are Freed

A recent court ruling means freedom for some convicted murderers in Maryland.

Months ago the Maryland Court of Appeals found that in some cases juries were not properly instructed.

And in some cases it happened for those accused of murder.

As a result, the jail doors will likely be swinging open and dozens of prisoners will likely get out scott free...including more than a dozen who were put behind bars on murder charges.

So... wouldn't a retrial be better than letting murderers roam the streets?
