Lewes, DE- The Delaware State Police Major Crimes Unit has arrested a 72 year old Lewes man after he solicited sexual advances to a 12 year old girl.
The incident began around 9:15 a.m. on Thursday May 30th as the 12 year old female was in front of her grandmother's home in the unit block of Whitehaven Way in Lewes attempting to fix a fishing pole with her mother and grandmother. Harry T. Brooke informed the young female he could fix the item at his residence. The 12 year old went to Brooke's residence, which is also located on Whitehaven Way, and entered his garage where upon fixing the fishing pole, he grabbed the top of victim's shirt and asked to look at her breasts. The victim was able to pull away from Brooke, who again asked if he could look at her breasts, and then went back to her grandmother's house to inform them of the incident and report it to the Sussex County Emergency Operations Center (9-1-1).
An investigation ensued by State Police detectives and Harry Brooke responded to Troop 4 on Friday May 31st where he was processed and arraigned on two counts of Sexual Solicitation of a Child Under 18 and Offensive Touching. He was incarcerated at SCI in default of $21,000.00 secured bond

I bet the homophobic, bible thumpers that frequent this blog, would forgive him as it was an opposite sex child. Had it been an adult male, this post would have 35 comments.
