Baltimore Ranks Low For Best Cities To Work For A Small Business

Baltimore ranked in the bottom half of CardHub’s list of Best & Worst Cities to Work for a Small Business in 2013.

The credit card comparison website ranked the 30 largest U.S. cities based on ten measures, including small business job growth, variety of industries, hours worked and average wages for new employees.

Baltimore ranked 20th on the list, while Denver came in first and Detroit ranked last for best small business climate. Los Angeles ranked just ahead of Baltimore at No. 19, while Atlanta was immediately behind at 21.

All of Maryland is business unfriendly, not just Baltimore.

We can attract businesses and treat our residence with respect. Lets raise the fuel tax 24 cent and let charge a rain tax. I love Maryland lol.

Most of the worse cities listed have a mostly black population. There is to much crime and people on welfare to even consider investing in those locations. This is not a bias statement, it's just the way it is.
