One California couple is celebrating after a Sacramento county judge ordered their 5-month-old son be taken out of protective custody and transported to a Stanford hospital in Palo Alto, News 10 reported.
The decision came one week after police and Child Protective Services removed Anna and Alex Nikolayev’s son, Sammy, from the couple’s house. The reason: They had sought a second medical opinion for their child.
The Nikolayevs can now see Sammy whenever they want and have control over the child’s medical decisions, but CPS will continue to monitor the situation.

Sounds like a lawsuit against caps and the former hospital. They need to go after the real bad guys.
I would sew them all. Then is get the hell out of that commie state
It seems to me the baby should have been taken to Kaiser, as that is where the parents took him for a second opinion. I am hoping that a lawsuit will be filed against Sutter and their medical staff that was preparing to give this baby meds that were not prescribed to him. I'm not sure why CPS thinks they need to inspect the family dwelling; they have truly overstepped in this situation. Glad to hear mommy and daddy are now able to see their son without restrictions.
11:00, what would sew them to? Each other? Just clothing to clothing, or skin to skin? Please be more specific.

I know you were trying to be witty and find fault in the spelling or probably just a typo that 11:00 made but it really makes you look stupid. If you couldn't see that a mistake was made in the spelling or typing by the person maybe you are the one that needs to be enlightened. Do you feel better about yourself now that you have found fault in someone else? What you wrote didn't even make sense. I think you made a mistake and forgot a word.
Either way, I sawed them leave the hospital.
719, that would be "seen"!
Thanks, 559! And, no, 627, I left out no words!
LOL
