They know that they are going to loose in court.
This mandate is in the Obamacare bill. It was passed and it can not be changed. So, if any part of the legislation is changed, the law is invalid.
Guess we are finding out whats in the smelly Obamacare..IRS projects avg cost for fam gonna b 20k down ...down with big pharma too !!!thats the treat we find out bout next
