Ask the mayor in your 1st debate if Salisbury has the $16,000,000 surplus he is bragging about then why haven't city employees had a raise in 7 years. And curious people want to know why he uses women's restrooms when he is out cruising the local bars.
Ask him how much of the 16 mil came from the lawsuit from the guys who built the wwtp.
Most of the money recovered in the WWTP lawsuit, ended up in Paul Wilber's pocket.
