Businesses named for Ocean Landings II, west of Home Depot

Four stores and one beauty salon are slated to open near Super WalMart and Home Depot on Route 50 near the Route 589 intersection.

The stores, HomeGoods, Ross, Joann Fabrics, Sally Beauty and Hair Cuttery, are named online at www.paramountrealty.com as tenants at Ocean Landings II, which is now under construction west of Home Depot. The Coffee Beanery is also expected to open there and additional spaces remain available.

Richard Eisenberg, counsel for project owner Allen and Connie LLC, which also built Pennington Commons in Ocean Pines, has been handling the leasing for the Ocean Landings II project.

I've heard Cracker Barrel too as well as a hotel. By the time OC moves on the opportunity to become part of it, nobody will need OC. Just take a look at the size of the ground being prepared for the stated barber shop and other small merchants.
