Road rage?

Inattentive driving?

Aggressive driving?

Speed greater than reasonable?

All of the above?

? was the newly uncompleted paved road a part of the problem, it causes the vehicles to be unstable??? Was the one car speeding and trying to pass the truck while it was making a lane change??? Most cars I see on the highway seem to travel much faster than the posted speed. Hope all will be ok !!!
