There are cars literally wrapped around the Drive Thru TWICE at Chick-Fil-A! Pictures do not lie. I am so excited for this company. I want to thank ALL of you who have shown their support towards Chick-Fil-A. Know that this Mayoral Hopeful supports Chick-Fil-A. Again, opposite extremes.

LOL, politically, I do not have a dog in this hunt. I am not particularly opposed to same sex unions, but I am not gun-ho in favor. I am however opposed to groups that attempt to extort a business with boycotts, protest and abuse of the media. Even though my doctor will not allow me to eat fast food, I will certainly make a point to take my grand-kids this week.
I ate lunch there yesterday for the first time.The place was almost full and the food and service was good.I was there to make a statement.Not against gay marriage totally, but against government trying to shove it down our throats against our wishes.
1. I believe in marriage equality for ALL people.
2. I believe in freedom of speech.
3. I ate a chicken sandwich for lunch.
WBOC took 24 hours before they even covered this original story. They waited until after we published it and they saw all the comments.
Not that there's anything new to that but here's where I had a problem with what they did.
They ran two stories OUT OF STATE. That's how lazy these ignorant people are.
They could have covered the story DEFENDING the owner's first amendment right but instead they let other reporters from out of state tell their one sided story.
This is a LOCAL business in which I have been stating for years, the Eastern Shore does NOT support gay marriage, period. Instead, we have a Mayor who took the time go go to Annapolis to support gay marriage and a Governor who shoved it down our throats.
Because the voters challenged this it will now go to a vote and it will lose. Chick-Fil-A is a clear sign that we are tired of the gay rights crap as well as their atack on our rights to freedom of speech.
The liberals want to SHUT good standing businesses down because they have different beliefs, that's wrong.
WBOC had a great opportunity to do a great story on this but are too LIBERAL to do so. It's a shame but it is what it is.

THIS PLACE WAS SO PACKED IT WAS CRAZY!! It took my son and I an hour to get through the drive thru, but it gave us time to talk about why we were supporting the Mr. Cathy. We ordered lunch and dinner. It was awesome to see so many making a statement!!

we waited 45 minutes for our food, like everyone did. not one complaint. everyone was smiling and happy to support our right to free speech.

I agree with you Joe and would like to add that the homosexual community was used by omalley to deflect away from the states problems. People took the bait hook line and sinker.

I was in the Camden DE Chic Fillet today and same thing folks!!! Young, Old, white, black, and any other ethnicity you can think of were there in force to make a statement! Everyone seemed proud to be there too. Patriotic, in fact. Awesome gathering all across this country for the "right" cause! If this is any indication of what the turn out is going to be in Novemeber lookout cause a good house cleaning is coming! Way to go folks! Proud to be apart of the 'real' majority. 1-2% of our population and the mainstream media have got to stop the madness. Let the real majority speak!!! They did today! Great to be an American today!!

Wow, I thought gay marriage support was the majority in the US, according to all those polls............what happened? If supporters of traditional marriage were a minotirty don't you think things would be the opposite??? We need to stop being the silent majority! The squeaky wheel gets the grease!!! Okay- about this "KISS IN" on Friday. It wont have 1% of the turn out today for Chic Fil A. Thats why the "kiss" is involved. Once again "extremism" to override majority. Oh it will hurt business because two men kissing will indeed make me lose my appetite! A kiss here and there wont make the cause any favorable for the majority who have already spoken today. In fact it will probably motivate the majority to act further and more passionately than they have in 30-40 years. Great day America! Stay on it! Dont let a little gay kiss change your mind. Steadfast for the rights of our children and their children to come.
we American people will speak in November. The Democrats have not been listening. This is clearly support for a company that stood for values and the majority way of life. I, as an Army veteran, swore I would never stand in line to eat again, so I will be there tomorrow when the doors open. I also like Hooters in OC. Of course I go there for carry-out. Yea, right!

the guy on channel 47 said there were DOZENS of cars lined up...Was he really there? There were HUNDREDS of cars.
