Police say 71 people attending a midnight screening at an Aurora, Colo., movie theater were shot by James Holmes, 24, a doctoral student at the University of Colorado/Denver, killing 12 and wounding 59. Ten bodies remain in the theater as police investigate.

Another young man suffering with paranoid schizophrenia who did not get treatment as needed and dont tell me no one knew he was going off the deep end because this is how it always ends, a tradegy that could have been prevented if only he was put into treatment rather than others looking the other way, his close friends or school mates who saw his behavior changing, the professors, guidance counsoler or those who chose to not take action. It is always a young male about 25 and no one takes the needed action. Colleges need to get better educated in identifying and reporting behavior changes, they need mandatory mental health education as they can be first responders. This is happening too much.The medical community and judicial system also need to update the laws so these people are getting treatment when they cannot help themselves. We have an AIDES vacine now, lets put some attention towards this other medical condition, schizophrenia
