Is there an age at which you tell your children they can't move back home?

absolutely, The day they decide they are man or woman enough to go out on their own. Security safety nets promote weakness and invite failure, That being said I hope I am never put to the test lol.

@ 11:18 would crumble just like any GOOD parent would do if their kid needs help. Especially seeing 1/2 of them are probably unemployed at this point...

I think it should be when the child stops listening to the parents and thinks they know it all. That means no hard and fast age, it ends up being a moving target.

Mine stopped once he completed college. The latch on the checkbook got locked and the locks on the house were changed.

I'm kidding. I will be here to help my child, if they need it, until I die, as long as he is a responsible, upstanding citizen.
