Incident: Warrant Arrest
Date of Incident: 23 April 2012
Location: 4000 block of Disharoon Road, Fruitland, MD
Suspect: George Merrill Collins, 41, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On 23 April 2012 at 3:30 PM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office located George Collins in the 4000 block of Disharoon Road and took Collins into custody on an outstanding District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant had been issued on 19 March 2012 after Collins failed to appear for a telephone misuse and harassment case.

The deputy transported Collins to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Collins in the Detention Center in lieu of $10,000.00 bond.

Location: 7000 block of Kelly Road, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Kenneth Allen Carle, 39, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On 26 April 2012 at 7:45 AM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office located Kenneth Carle in the 7000 block of Kelly Road and took Carle into custody on an outstanding Circuit Court Bench Warrant. The warrant had been issued on 13 April 2012 after Carle violated the terms of his probation in a 3rd Degree Sex Offense Case.

The deputy transported Carle to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed. Carle was detained in the Detention Center without bond pending an appearance in front of a Circuit Court judge.

Location: Connelly Mill Road, Delmar, MD
Suspect: Michael Wayne Faulkner, 27, Seaford, DE

Narrative: On 27 April 2012 at 4:17 PM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office stopped a vehicle operated by Michael Wayne Faulker of Seaford and discovered an open warrant for Faulkner’s arrest. The warrant had been issued in May 2011 after Faulker failed to appear for a District Court case for Driving While Suspended.

The deputy took Faulkner into custody and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Faulkner in the Detention Center in lieu of $1,000.00.

Location: 7000 block of Parsonsburg Road, Parsonsburg, MD
Suspect: Travis Wayne Shockley, 25, Delmar, MD

Narrative: On 1 May 2012 at 6:46 AM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to a motor vehicle collision where he discovered one of the drivers involved, Travis Wayne Shockley, had an open warrant for his arrest. The warrant had been issued back in January 2012 after Shockley failed to pay a deferred payment in a theft case.

The deputy took Shockley into custody and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Shockley in the Detention Center in lieu of $557.50 bond.
