I Would Rather Gnaw My Arm Off Than Continue Dealing With Comcast

M. has had it with Comcast. In fact, she's not even a customer of theirs anymore. But the good people of Kabletown owe her a $143 refund after she canceled service in February, and she can't get her money out of their clutches. Even the customer service heroes of the Twitter team promise her that a check is on its way...but it never shows. At this point, it isn't even about the money anymore.

comcast always bills a month ahead. they don't like to talk about it. I refuse to pay a month ahead, what if I decide I no longer want their service? I know what kind of a company they are and how much the owner used to beat us up while having his falcon 50 jet worked on. funny thing he won't let his customers negoiate what they would like to pay. bottom line I'll pay for the service as I use it. Not for what I might want to use in the future!

ABSOLUTELY the Worst customer service ANYWHERE on the planet and possibly in the Universe!!! The have really good field techs who are competent and personable. However, when you call in to one of their call centers (especially the one in Indonesia) GOD HELP You !!!

I really do wish there was another cable company in this area. I absolutely dislike comcast and/or infinity. They are too expensive. And the customer services sucks. Directv is the same way. Don't like dail up internet. Is there anything else available in this area.

OMG, and if you have issues and have to call....you spend HOURS on HOLD only to be transferred a handful of times with Comcast "customer service" to get anything resolved. They are HORRIBLE but they have us over a barrel....

Why don't you try being civil when you call them? I've never had a problem with any of them, they just want to be treated like a human being. I refer to them by their name, and ask if they can help me. Of course they say yes, and then I get my problem fixed.

You my friend, are one of the most adorable little people in the world.

Thank you for being so sweet and nice when your cable is not working.
