It will come as no surprise to most Washingtonians, but more and more Americans are developing a serious cell phone addiction.
"If in fact there is such a thing as cell phone addiction, D.C. is a town that is guilty as charged," Dr. Drew Pinsky tells WTOP.
But Pinsky cautions against the over-utilization of the term 'addiction.' The overuse of cell phones is not a biological addiction, rather a preoccupation or dependency, he says

While ago I was walking around at the festival.I saw a total of at least 2 dozen young people walking around & texting like zombies.One young girl smacked head first into a pole while she was texting and the crowd was dodging these people.It most certainly is an addiction.
