What a crock of B.S.!!! I know it is a long boring legal document but you just have to read this crap! The Attorney General of Maryland actually claims the State Police can't enforce the laws if ordinary people are allowed to have guns! The point of his whole appeal is that regular citizens don't know what's best for themselves and the state has to make decisions for them. What claptrap! Liberalism truly is a mental disorder.

can't enforce the law? what does the citizenry carrying guns have to do with them writing speeders up? Cause that's all I ever seen them doing. besides racing up and down rt 50 themselves!

I'd like to direct everyone to page 10 where it states that somehow the 2nd amendment "permits the user of a firearm to cause serious personal injury-including the ultimate injury, death- to other individuals, rightly or wrongly".

What a CROCK! In no way does the second amendment allow me to use a handgun "wrongly" to injure or kill anyone! READ IT! It's only one sentence long! ANYONE can understand one sentence!

This appeal should be thrown out on this statement alone, along with the lawyer's Bar license!
