The Princess Anne plant will use a mixture of crops and chicken manure to generate electricity. ECOCORP Inc., of Arlington, Va., will be given a 30-year lease on the site.

Okay, this begs the question; "Is this the cure for the Salisbury WWTP?" If it can turn chicken poop into power and get rid of the nitrates, why not build one here in town that runs off the skimmin's of Salisbury's daily product?
Isn't that exactly what they tried to do with it 20 years ago when ECI first opened? I seem to remember a big stink in that the design of the plant did not have enough BTU's to run the place ....?
Perhaps with a larger population...
