Hartly-Troopers have charged Alvero Domingo-18 of Centerville, Maryland with the sexual assault of a minor after the victim’s parents notified State Police.

On Saturday, December 3, 2011 State Police Detectives conducted a rape investigation alleged to have occurred on Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at residence in the 3000 block of Arthursville Road, Hartly, DE. The investigation determined that Alvero Domingo-18 and the 13 year old female victim, who were acquaintances, met at a residence in Hartly where the sexual assault occurred.

Alvero Domingo was taken into custody on Saturday, December 3, 2011 and charged with Rape Fourth Degree and committed to the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on $25,000 Secured Bond.
