Bad as he may be otherwise, as County Exec he would be better than Slick Rick.
I agree with Bad as he may be otherwise, he would be better than Slick Rick. Maybe Bad is what the County needs. Or no Exec. at all.
Go back to the way it use to be.
There are a lot of good County employees. Don't need all the upper management to tell them how to do their jobs.
