How in the hell does it cost more for just paint then all supplies it took to build the bridge? It is absolutely moronic to paint it then, why not just build a new one? Now maybe I could believe the cost to build the bridge was cheaper at the time it was built, but in the same breathe he says we have to keep up with the tolls, he negelcts to inform you that the cost to build reflects the cost of when it was first built.
It doesn't and won't cost more than it cost to build...
If that is the case then build a new one, its cheaper...

The problem is all the EPA (Government B.S. ) You have to cover you azz because trust me on this OSHA,EPA and many others will be there with thier hand open to take some money back

The bay bridge made a $10,000,000.00 profit last year after all expenses were paid. This is documented on the toll authorities website.
If tolls must keep pace, it would seem that the Gov. owes us a refund not a toll increase! The gov't is not supposed to be in the business of making profits, just covering costs.
