SALISBURY, Md. (AP) — Salisbury’s mayor said the city has received nearly $60,000 in rebates from Delmarva Power and Light.
Mayor Jim Ireton says the rebates came through an energy savings program and offsets the cost of improvements to the Paleo Water Treatment Plant.

Why does "Salisbury" get rebates but none of the individual citizens do?? I sure could use some rebates right now.
