Chuck is prepped for surgery but the new set of lungs haven't arrived as of yet. They should be there any moment and they'll go into surgery just as soon as they do arrive.
We will keep everyone posted just as soon as we learn any new updates. Stay tuned to Salisbury News for those updates.
UPDATE #2: Chuck Campbell is out of surgery and everything looks good. The new set of lungs have been transplanted.
A few people have asked for an address to send Chuck cards. The hospital address is 3300 Gallows Road, Falls Church, Virginia 22042 (in care of Chuck Campbell) Thanks!!
Update #3: Chuck has new lungs! He is in ICU and doing just fine :) Praise God from whom all blessings flow!!!

Sending Chuck a High Five and a big Way To Go! You have my prayers and the prayers of many others. I never met you and I never met Miss Brooke but both of you are fighters and an inspiration to a lot of us!
