12:26 is correct, our boy George and the real President Dick Cheney made this happen, (The Republican party forgot to tell George that he was really just a Dick & Jane Republican Party favor, knowing that Georgie would never figure it out, and he didn't). He still actually thinks he was President. By now he's probably joined a new cheer leading squad, has a big plate of cocaine under the bed and frig full of cold beer. I think it was done with the best intentions, but when you create a new law/act to circuvent a legal system that has withstood the test of time for hundreds of years, you've just screwed up. Those three hispanics that were arrested for prostitution in Georgetown last week were arrested under the homeland act, with homeland security running the show. Why? Three young hispanics making a little hustle on sex? Where's all the heavy crime? Why the need for such a show of morons? How many law enforcement were needed? 10? 20? For three mexicans selling sex. Just a waste of time, manpower, and tax dollars and really just a scam to justify their even being a local homeland security in existance. We need more homeland security and State Police like we need more muslems and liberals. NOT! Waste, waste, waste! And if you ever piss them off, they'll be at your door in full force, just like this kid. Taking the family by storm at night, when we all know that they could have easily arrested the kid outside of the home at any time during the day. But you can't get any overtime for that, can you, or be a bunch of big show boats for the cameras or the TV News. Assinine beyond belief!
1226-GW Bush didn't write the Patriot Act. Blame both Houses for it, those who voted for it, ALONG with the President who signed the bill.
1137-That was a very disgusting comment about one of the greatest Presidents our Nation has ever had. What he did was the right thing, you're opinion is one of the reasons this nation is in the sh*thole that it is in. I am in no way a fan of Obama's policies.

It don't make any difference who signed this law or made it. It's how you apply the law that counts.
Always 2 sides to the story. We have some 16 to 19 year olds on the westside that everyone would cheer if this happened to them.
And in closing I will tell you that obama sucks , what an idiot he is.

In case you didn't know the position of the president is an executive position and congress and the senate is the legislative branch. There is a difference, please feel free to get an education and find out!
Abe was not a good Republican. The Republican Party of the 1860's was more like today's Democrat Party.

Do you remember about 2 years ago when they broke into the house of the mayor ( I think) over in Southern MD and scared his mother-in-law almost to death saying there were drugs being sold in the house. I think they got the wrong house, BUT! Looks like they don't use any "common sense" in anything anymore. If this kid is guilty, it is basically impossible to know if MOM knew anything the way kids are today. Scary thought, huh?

Obammy decided to renew this crap that George W. signed into law 8 years ago, or however long it was.
He is just as guilty as the rest of them.
It's a dangerous road you travel on when we allow our rights to be suspended, for any reason.
It needs to be reformed so abuses like this can't happen, or scrapped altogether.
