Why to the Medical examiners in Baltimore unless it was a suspected murder? I suppose we have another murder in Salisbury.

All unattended deaths go to Baltimore

Because that is where the post mortems are performed on all deaths that are not readily explained. My father died suddenly and unexpectedly and because of this a post mortem was performed to ensure that all was legitimate.

Remember this when you next meet an old person who you might brush aside without looking at the young soul within...Lord willing we will one day be there also! She was probably a very kind and sweet person who couldn't afford health care and died alone. I hope that's not the case.

All deaths do not go to the ME in Baltimore. Only if exact determination of death is needed.
