UPDATE: This dog has been turned over to the Salisbury Animal Control. We've been told by the individual that rescued this dog, if you'd like to adopt the dog they will take care of the fees to do so. The dog is at the Wicomico Humane Society.

That poor dog looks like he's starving.
He looks sad and hungry. he needs a new home for Christmas.
Hope the owner is found. In the meantime, he picked a good home to visit and get help.
Sorry to hear the dog to going to the Humane Society. I hope his owner found soon on second thought I hope he finds a new owner.
