Cease and Desist from practicing medicine without a license. The physician not licensed in Maryland has been performing surgical procedures (abortions) in Maryland. Date of Action: August 25, 2010.
(Brigham owned and operated the American Women's Services facilities. He has previously been licensed in New York, but his license was revoked in 1994 for gross negligence.)

The Board concluded, including but not limited to, that the physician exercised poor medical judgement and otherwise exposed her patients to harm in that she practiced with an unlicensed individual, knowingly participated in a surgical procedure that was initiated elsewhere, and at a hospital acted in a manner that delayed or otherwise impeded hospital staff from attending to that patient. And there are many other punishments that get handed down that never go public or make it to the website.
Someone from the Dental Board needs to take a look at Dr. Perim from Peninsula Periodontics and Orthodontics for all of his malpractice.
He overcharges patients, charges them for proceedures that he doesn't perform, bills for items not performed.
He has been turned into the dental board numerous times and nothing is ever done. I personally called twice and was told that he is being investigated by the attorney general for fraud.
I am no longer a patient and others need to be educated about him.
5:58 I work in the dental field, the word is he's being investigated. But yes, absolute nightmare. No one should go to him, it's awful.
What do you know about these physicians other then a few sentences posted on a website. It sickens me to see people like Mr. Albero who are the first to criticize and condemn others for their mistakes as though they have lived their lives without doing any wrong. Please, take a look at yourselves and if you truly are without sin then by all means cast the first stone.
