WORCESTER COUNTY CHAPTER, AMERICANS FOR PROSPERITY, AN INVITATION TO WICOMICO AFP!
THE WORCESTER COUNTY CHAPTER OF THE MARYLAND AFP WOULD LIKE TO INVITE THE MEMBERS OF THE WICOMICO CHAPTER TO A DAY AT THE BEACH:
The AFP will march behind our new banner at the Ocean City Fireman's Parade on Wednesday June 16. The parade will run from the inlet to 9th Street, which is about 15 short blocks, and we organize at the Ocean City Inlet parking lot on parade day at 11:30 a.m. sharp.
From Wicomico, take the Route 50 bridge into Ocean City and use the right turn lane on the Ocean City side of the bridge to go south to the inlet parking lot (follow the signs). Note that there is a parking fee.
AND OUR NEW 'BILLBOARD' TEE SHIRTS will be available for purchase by Fireman's Parade participants at a special parade discount price. The shirts are black with the billboard graphics, and will be the hot item on the Eastern Shore this summer.
Don't forget THE JULY 3RD PATRIOTIC RALLY (Noon, Rt 50 & 611) AND SOCIAL (picnic area behind the Steer Inn} will be the Eastern Shore'S POLITICAL EVENT OF THE DECADE. The rally will not be a TEA Party format, there will be no speakers. We will wave signs, banners, and flags, and show the thousands of passing motorists that TEA partiers are just regular folks who are alarmed at the direction this country is taking. It's 'check-in' time in Ocean City on the busiest weekend of the season, and we will be on the main road into town. They'll see us on the way into town and they'll see our billboard on the way out of town.
Just like the "Battle of Saratoga", the July 3rd rally will mark the mark the turning point of this battle for freedom. I will be requesting a head count for this event next week so that we can get an idea of how much food we will need for the post-rally social.
