Thanks for posting this information. Many people have probably never heard of this technology or HAARP.
In addition to weather modification, ELF can also be used to cause earthquakes.

Its a scary thought and now a police state is going on with our own army policing the US.
And to the earthquake comment.. there was said to be aura's in the sky before the earthquakes which is a sign of weather modification.
All you have to do is wear your tinfoil hat and that protects you from these waves.
