I love your billiard room Joe. I also agree with you. Mr. Comegys needs to step down for the good of the people and concentrate on his health. After seeing your article today on new jobs and pay increases I also believe we need the best representatives on council to combat this mayor. I'd also have to question the mayor's frame of mind because I think he's nuts.
Good show Joe. That's one heck of a pool room and pool table. Comegys should step down. I know lots of people who have been diagnosed with cancer and survived. I also know of a few who have not. My message to Gary is, stop playing games with our city. You're not well and this is not all about you. Spend the quality time getting better and when you are better come back with a whole new outlook on life. You got support when you were well and I'm sure you'll get even more support when you're all better. In the mean time, grow up and get out of the way.
Come on people, the man has cancer. If something needs to be done with regaurds to his seat as a public official thats that, but draw the line there please. Any reasonable person would.
For pete's sake, Joe, he has missed a few meetings. In Ocean City you can't be removed from the City Council unless you miss every meeting for 4 straight months, and then only by a unanimous vote.
Please give it a rest!
Salisbury has real problems -- Ireton's budget buffoonery for example.
Conside the implications of a split council vote. Perhaps someone who commented earlier has a point. If Gary were to step down, once he recovers, and I am prayerful that he does even though I do not like his politics, he may have a new outlook on life and might be a candidate in a future election taht people could support. Salisbury needs leadership. Bring Cohen and Campbell some other reasoned leadership and we might actually make some progress as a city.

Who cares where you're at. Just keep doing what you're doing Joe. That's all I ask of you anyway.
Karma
Maybe the person who came in second in the election last time with Mr Comegies should take over the seat for awhile.
Bubba was worthless on council anyway.
God does not like ugly. Perhaps this is payback for the sleazy campaign he ran to defame Mr. Ireton.

I would like to see the faces of the people you are talking about. I also like the relaxed look. map

Thank you for a reasoned debate without mud slinging.
