BEIJING - A state news agency says China has executed a man who attacked a kindergarten in eastern China last month, wounding 29 children and three teachers.
The official Xinhua News Agency says Xu Yuyuan was executed Sunday after being convicted of attempted murder by the Taizhou Intermediate Court in the eastern province of Jiangsu.
The April 29 attack was one of five major assaults against schoolchildren in the last two months that left 17 dead and more than 50 hurt.

That's the way the death penalty should be carried out. Your guilty, you ride the lightining next week. Instead, we have them on death row for 20 years.

Wow, their court system works faster than the United States. We have cases tied up for 6 months plus, and then once it goes to court can last days to weeks. We need to revamp our system to get justice for the victims faster and get the defendant put away or executed in a timely manner.

Stories like this are designed to make China look more rational than the U.S. with a President and Congress like we have the jump to Communism is no more then a hop .
I think the crime rate would go way down if we took this lesson to heart in the US of A.

Along with the punishments come the laws, do you really want that? I don't think any one of us want that! Justice has it's checks and balances, and yes Legg's will get whats coming to him, but I for one enjoy America's freedoms! we do need to change the system and turn it back to the "Peoples Government" let us get back to basics and be the great nation that we are!!
