I believe you misunderstood the point from 10:53. He/she was saying the bankers own the seats of congress - not the people. Most candidates know the bankers own the seats. They cowtail to the bankers to get "permission" to run for the seat. If the bankers don't fund a person, he never becomes a candidate.
This candidate is pretending the people still have power. They do not.
This candidate knows he is lying when he claims it is the people's seat.
