It's not about black, white, republicans, democrats, liberterians, independents. It is about corruption in government and we must overcome. The people have to take control of the gov't.

Wish I would have known about this. I would have driven up just to be there and carry my sign.
No traffic issues I saw at 2:30 pm. I also used this trip to go to Arlington National Cemetery. Every American should have the chance to visit this national treasure. We got to see the changing of the guard at the Tomb Of the Unknown Soldier. What an emotional experience that was. It got me all fired up, thinking how these men died for our freedoms and we just take them for granted. I will definitely make this an annual trip, and I hope the feeling never changes. My children will know and understand what this place is and means. They will respect the freedoms and privileges afforded to us by the men and women who are laid there. No other country in the world is like this one, and it is up to us to demand our leaders keep it that way.
My husband, my daughter and I just got home from the march. It was incredible to be a part of such an important event.
There were people of every race, every generation, every aspect of life there. 1.5 million, but Capitol Police estimates.
It's time to take back our country.

It's funny how the MSM makes it sound like only a smaller number of people are protesting. Funny how they made it look smaller than the Million Man March or the Inauguration.
One thing I can say is that I am sure the streets won't left as nasty as the Obamabots left it for the Inauguration.
Folks I was there and it was absoutely awesome.
There was at least one million five hundred thousand, if not more. That number was just the folks that were surrounding the front of the Capital building.
Yes, the numbers were at least 99 percent white but there were a respectal number of non-white attendees and Speakers.
What gall's me the most is the main stream media is already suggesting we were hearded there like a bunch of lemmings.
Folks the silent majority has finally awakened and they are mad as hell. If Congress does not listen to the message sent today than they will be unemployed in 2010.

The health bill will past so live with it and carry on with your life.Corruption has been in government for years are you just speaking out now wow! Where were these people when we were spending billions on a war??? But when you actually want to help your own country you get upset, that s why we are in the situation that we are in now? So many turn a blind eye to there own country

4:33 - those you mention were merely a means of communication. How do you think everyone would know to go to the same place at the same time if there wqere no means to communicate and coordinate? Telepathy perhaps? You're trying to make the point that this is "astro-turf". I don't care what YOU call it, it's several hundred thousand Americans who are fed up with the federal government. I would be extremely cautious if I we calling the shots for the feds. If this healthcare lie is passed, you can believe the American People will turn up the heat a few notches. Imagine if that large group of Americans had decided to become....more forceful shall we say. Who could have stopped them? No one. Measure your words and actions carefully federal government. Our nation depends on it.
