ACORN hasn't done anything that Dumbocrats haven't been doing routinely for years.
Dumbocrats run their party like Tony Soprano ran his mob.
People vote for Dumbocrats hoping that some of the graft, corruption and thievery will drift their way.

What is ant difference than the Police, FBI etc. conducting the same thing. They have no right but they do it and then if they find anything they produce it court stating it is evidence. A crime has been committed from State law to Fedral law and it should be used as evidence. So no lawsuit is valid since they were working undercover.
The woman analizing this situation mentioned traditional times and traditional journalism. In "traditional" times, the "traditional" journalists would have broken the story. It wouldn't have taken two kids in halloween costumes to do the media's job. Thank God for people who have the courage to expose this stuff, otherwise we would all be in the dark as to the corruption in government. What will it take to make people understand that Acorn is Obama and Obama is Acorn?

As noble as the cause might be, you can not legally record someone in the State of Maryland without their permission. It is a shame, but what kind of society would we have if the laws we have are not enforced equally.
